President – Social Activities
Mrs. Rajani S. Naik serves as the President of Bethesda Charitable Trust and is actively involved in social welfare and community outreach initiatives. She is dedicated to uplifting vulnerable individuals and families through compassionate service, community engagement, and humanitarian activities. Her leadership strengthens the Trust’s commitment to serving society with dignity and care.
Trustee – Religious Leader
Mr. Anil Aranah is a respected religious leader who provides spiritual guidance and ethical leadership to the Trust. His commitment to faith-based values, community service, and holistic development contributes significantly to the Trust’s vision of serving people with compassion and integrity.
Trustee – Women’s Empowerment & Community Transformation
Mrs. Selina Aranah is passionate about empowering women and fostering community transformation. She has been actively involved in initiatives that equip women with skills, confidence, and opportunities for sustainable livelihoods. Her work reflects the Trust’s commitment to building stronger and healthier communities.
Trustee – Healthcare & AYUSH Services
B.A.M.S (Goa) • M.D (Acu) – Colombo • Member – International Acupuncture Foundation. Dr. Deepa brings valuable expertise in healthcare, AYUSH services, and public health administration. She is currently posted as an AYUSH Medical Officer at Hospicio South Goa District Hospital. Her professional experience supports the Trust’s healthcare initiatives, wellness programs, and community health outreach efforts.
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Rev. Moses Sadanand Aghamkar is the Chief Executive Officer of Bethesda Charitable Trust. For the past 8 years, he has provided strategic direction, overseen the Trust’s programs and partnerships, and led its long-term vision. With a deep commitment to holistic community development, he has guided numerous initiatives in education, child welfare, women’s empowerment, healthcare, leadership development, and humanitarian service.
